Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated based on your location and selected shipping method.

International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery estimates are displayed at checkout. Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at tulinmoda.us@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can make it right.
