Refund policy
Our goal at Tülin Moda is to ensure you receive the high-quality fashion and products you expect! If you wish to make a return or exchange, you have 30 days from your order date to complete the process.
30-Day Return & Exchange Policy on Most Items
- Initiating a Return: Customers must contact us within 10 days of the order date to initiate a return or exchange. We must then receive the returned items at our facility by the 30th day after the order date.
- Return vs. Exchange: You can choose a refund or an exchange, but not both (e.g., if you exchange an item, you cannot later return the exchanged item for a refund).

Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges.
- For returns, you will be refunded the full purchase price minus any original shipping costs.
- For exchanges, once we receive and approve your return, we will ship your exchanged item to you free of cost.
- Item Condition: Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if the product(s) is in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags still attached.
- Proper Packaging: Items must be properly folded and packaged in their original wrapping. Delicate items (like silk hijabs or scarves) must be folded on their original fold lines. Merchandise showing signs of use or damage due to improper return packaging will not be accepted.
- Exchanges Processing: Approved exchanges will be shipped out to you within 3 business days of receiving your original item.
Restocking Fees & Guidelines

Standard Return Fee: A full refund minus a 10% restocking fee will be provided on products returned in perfect, resellable condition.

Condition-Based Fees: Products not in their original condition or missing parts/pieces will be subject to a higher restocking fee. In severe cases, the return may be refused completely.

Free Shipping Threshold Adjustments: If your original order qualified for free shipping (e.g., spending over $150 or free shipping coupon/code) and a partial return drops your final order total below that threshold, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your final refund. Any restocking or shipping deductions will be disclosed at the time your return is authorized.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of delivery. If you experience a functional or quality problem after using the product that falls under a product warranty, please reach out to our team so we can assist you with a replacement.
Cancelling an Order
If you wish to cancel an order, you must do so before the item has been shipped. We pride ourselves on fast fulfillment and typically ship items by the next business day (and sometimes same-day). If the order has already left our facility, it cannot be cancelled and must be treated as a standard return. To request a cancellation, please email us immediately at tulinmoda.us @ gmail.com.
Orders Returned to Sender
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a valid, accurate mailing address at checkout. If a package is returned to us by the carrier due to an insufficient or incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to resend the item.
How to Complete a Return or Exchange
We cannot process any returns or exchanges without prior authorization. Please follow these steps:

Provide Details: Include your Order #, Full Name, the Item(s) you wish to return/exchange, whether you want a Refund or Exchange, and your Reason for the request.

Receive RMA: Our team will review your request and reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed mailing instructions.

Pack & Ship: Securely pack your items (ensuring they are properly folded) and ship them back to us using the carrier of your choice. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Tülin Moda is not responsible for lost return shipments.
Tülin Moda reserves the right to refuse any return at any time, even if it falls within the 30-day window, if the merchandise does not meet the criteria outlined above.
